Sapphire and Emerald had a great time at Church Farm attending the Laughton & District Agricultural Society Ploughing Match. Children enjoyed a range of activities that included watching the ploughing match, grinding grains of wheat to make flour, being shown the machinery used by farmers, making corn dollies and learning about where fruit and vegetables come from.
